EAT LESS FAT and INCREASE YOUR MOVEMENT

At this practice we have advocated a low fat diet and increased daily exercise to reduce excess weight / obesity for a very long time. The method we have advocated is on the next page headed Low Fat Intake

The essential emphasised component to the advice is that this has to be seen as a permanent change in eating habit. It is only with this permanence that long term weight loss can become realistic. We do not recommend crash dieting nor set goals for immediate weight loss. Correct the underlying problem of excessive fat intake and low or nil exercise and the body commences to respond accordingly and head for ideal weight.

The essential message is EAT LESS FAT and INCREASE YOUR MOVEMENT but also to see this as a lifelong objective

We see reversal of diabetic disease amongst our diabetics who follow this advice!
