Erythema migrans proven with tissue PCR - 8

PCR tissue positive with confirmed sequencing 4 cases. Sequencing has been done at 
Australian Genomic Research Facility - a NATA accredited laboratory

PCR tissue positive but insufficient DNA for sequencing 4 cases

Three Geographic clusters identified to date:

1   eight people
    300 metre radius of Lord and Rodger St Laurieton E 152.79547 S 31.65913 NSW
    4 cases by tissue PCR
    4 Lyme disease, 3 of whom have babesiosis

2   seven people
    Armstrong Beach (Mackay) Queensland
    6 with a clinical diagnosis of Lyme disease
    4 cases confirmed by blood PCR and sequencing 
    2 PCR results indeterminate
    plus
    1 confirmed by Igenex testing independent of the above people

3   Umina NSW
